If you are a PC user trying to stream your jurisdiction's content and receive the following prompt, please follow the instructions below to install Microsoft Silverlight.

Installing Microsoft Silverlight

Microsoft Silverlight is a plug-in for Windows Media Player and for Internet Explorer. This software enables you to view your jurisdiction's older meeting content from about 2010 to 2013 if it has not been converted to H.264 (Flash) format. Please note that this is an older plug-in that may no longer be supported in your browser.

For more information and to download, visit this page.

  1. When you receive a message asking you to run the file, click the Run button.

Note: If you are using Internet Explorer, you may be prompted to run the file again. Click the Run button.

  1. When you receive a message asking you to install Silverlight, click the Install now button.

  2. Click the Close button and restart your internet browser.
